The purpose of the Papago Lodge Rules is to clarify National
policy as it concerns Papago Lodge. All activities and procedures of this lodge
shall coincide with the National policy first and then with local Lodge regulations.
Any change in the National policy will automatically void a lodge rule if that rule
is in direct conflict with National policy.
